In Windows sometimes your device is paired via Bluetooth, but it doesn't work, no matter if you have installed the Magic Utilities or not.

Here is what did help.

Windows 10

In Windows 10 Settings > Devices make sure your device is listed in the Mouse, keyboard & pen section. If it's listed in the Other devices section it won't work.

Open Windows 10 Settings > Devices.

  • Select your device.
  • Remove your device from Other devices and wait a bit.
  • (Restart your computer, optional)
  • Turn the Bluetooth radio off.
  • Turn the Bluetooth radio on again.
  • Pair your device again.
  • Double-check if it's now appearing in the Mouse, keyboard & pen section.

If the above doesn't work repeat these steps and restart your computer where mentioned.
