Why is the Numeric Keypad not working?
On the Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad, it might happen that the numeric keypad (numpad) doesn't work.
Ensure clear key = is set in the user interface. Press the clear or key, that's the key below F16, and the Numeric Keypad should work again. The clear key acts like the Num Lock key on Windows keyboards. |
|
If this doesn't help, ensure that the Windows Mouse Keys Mouse Keys are turned off. |
Note: NumLock can be turned on automatically in the menu: Settings > NumLock on app start..
F16 - F19 apps not working
On the Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad the F16 - F19 key application mapping might not work.
The error message is: File does not exist. This issue will be fixed in version 3.1.0.5 or higher.
In the meantime use this workaround:
- From the menu select Settings > Settings storage > Storage in Windows Registry.

Windows 11 22H2 has a new security feature: Kernel-mode Hardware-enforced Stack Protection.
The actual user interface has just been made public on compatible computers with Intel 11th Gen or AMD Zen 3 or later processors.
The Magic Utilities version 3.1.3.2 are now compatible with the new security feature, download is here.

It affects only Bluetooth connections for all Magic Mouse and Magic Trackpads models.
Issues include
- A lagging mouse pointer.
- Clicks don't work.
- Disabling of other mice and touchpads.
- Random beep sounds.
Bluetooth re-connection loop
For reasons we don't know yet, Windows can drop the Bluetooth connection and then re-connects the device again and drops the connection and re-connects again, and so on...
We have only seven reports so far. Here is possible help:
